Area Code Training Athletic Performance

Build the Complete Athlete:

Develop Speed and Agility with ladder and cone drills that help elite athletes develop basic footwork and body control! Body Strength comes from repetitions of using body weight to accomplish certain movements: pushups, core workouts, air squats, and pogo jumps are useful movements to build strength without the use of additional weights.

WHY ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE?

Every sport is different, but athletes need many of the same basic tools to be successful: speed, strength, agility, balance, footwork, and body control. Athletic Performance training is about developing those tools and teaching athletes how to move better.

At Area Code Training, we work on sprinting, acceleration, quick feet, reaction time, change of direction, and learning how to stop and decelerate under control. Being fast is important, but athletes also need to be able to control that speed, stay balanced, and quickly change direction when competing.

Strength is another big part of becoming a better athlete. We use simple, effective movements like push-ups, squats, lunges, core work, pogo jumps, and other explosive exercises to build a strong foundation. Athletes don't need fancy equipment or heavy weights to get better. They need consistent work, quality reps, and an understanding of how to control their bodies.

Our goal isn't to train every athlete the same way or prepare them for only one sport. It's to help them build an athletic foundation they can take back to basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, or whatever sport they compete in.

The goal is simple: Get Faster. Get Stronger. Move Better.
